Marcos passion for fresh ingredients of sound provenance continues with P&O. He is the mastermind behind Ocean grill restaurant on Adonia & Arcadia skilfully and carefully presented with his trademark flair. He offers popular master classes aswell as demonstrations with a hands on 2 hour cookery class in the cookery club on Britannia.
Master pâtissier Eric Lanlard has earned himself an international reputation for superlative baked creations for an impressive A-list clientele. British tradition takes teatime decadence to a new level in The Epicurean restaurant on board Azura, Britannia and Ventura, and in Ocean Grill on board Arcadia. Expect the unexpected with roast beef brioches, smoked salmon macaroons, exotic pop cakes and chocolate cannelloni, beautifully presented in elegant surroundings. During a Food Heroes specific cruise on Britannia, Eric will host the cookery class he developed especially in our year of celebrations to mark 180 years of P&O Cruises history. Guests can join him in The Cookery Club to create salted caramel macaroons and the pop cakes you may have enjoyed at his Afternoon Tea. This course also runs when Eric is not on board, in the safe hands of our Head of The Cookery Club.
